panel_window(S-osr5)

panel_window: panel_window, replace_panel -- get or set the current window of a panels panel

Syntax

WINDOW *panel_window(PANEL *panel);
int replace_panel(PANEL *panel, WINDOW *win);

Description

panel_window- return a pointer to a panel's associated window

replace_panel- replace a panel's associated window

panel_window(S-osr5) returns a pointer to the window of panel.

replace_panel(S-osr5) replaces the current window of panel with win.

Return values

panel_window( ) returns NULL on failure.

replace_panel( ) returns OK on successful completion, ERR otherwise.

Warning

The header file panel.h automatically includes the header file curses.h.
