The Help menu is constructed automatically using SaHelpGetOptionsList(3tlib) in conjunction with the -helpMenuItemList option of VtMenuBar(1vtcl). This provides a standard list of choices for the Help menu and hooks to the online documentation. See the first line of ``Template menu procedure: UiBuildMenus'' for an example.
