Customizing the Panorama (xdt3) Desktop with rules
The behavior and appearance of the Desktop are not fixed, and
are determined by files which you can alter to provide a different
behavior or appearance.
These files are called the Desktop ``rule files''.
Each rule file consists of a sequence of ``rule clauses''.
For maximum flexibility, the physical appearance and design of
the Desktop can also be altered by changing the characteristics
specified in the Desktop resource files.
