Description
The ISDN_CONNECT_ACTIVE.ISDN_IND message consists of one
M_PROTO(D7str)
message block indicating the physical connection of a B channel.
The connection is identified by the plci parameter.
The parameters ConnNbr, ConnAddr, and
llc should be filled in completely if this information
is provided by the network. The absence of network information
should be indicated by empty structures.
