halt -- remove driver during system shutdown

Usage

DDI 7 and SCO OpenServer 5 ODDI PC Card client-enabled drivers can use the optional halt( ) entry point routine to define functionality that will be called during an orderly system shutdown.

The PC Card client-enabled driver should do the following in its halt( ) routine:

Call the DeregisterClient(D3pccard) function to deregister the driver.
Call the cm_intr_detach(D3) function to detach interrupts for the configured card(s).

pccard: 1, 2 with ddi: 7 or oddi: 5"
