uts -- regression test for graphics adapter drivers

Synopsis

cd /usr/src/ihvkit/display/test/xsuite
RunTests

Select from the following options:

   	1	Build the test suite
   	2	Run the test suite
   	3	Generate report from the most recent run

Description

uts is an automated test suite that finds rendering errors in a graphics adapter driver and is useful for regression testing after making changes to such a driver.

uts is provided in source form. You must build it, then run it, then generate a report by selecting each option in order.

NOTE: uts uses the native C compiler and X11R6 Development System to build. These are installed by default on SVR5 systems and can be installed from the UDK media on SCO OpenServer 5 systems.

Installation

The uts test is included in the xtests package that can be downloaded from the HDK homepage or installed from the HDK CD-ROM.

Version applicability

NFB graphical drivers for SVR5 and SCO OpenServer 5. It is not relevant to AIX 5L.
