An event can have one of two outcomes:
success (
s)
or failure (
f).
The
-a
option of the
auditrpt
command is used
to display audit information for a specific outcome.
For example, the following command displays information about
all successful events:
auditrpt -a s
If the argument to
-a
is neither
s
nor
f,
auditrpt
displays the following error message and terminates processing:
invalid outcome specified
