Saving messages in files

To save a message in a UNIX^® system file, select Save To File from the Message menu.

1. Select a file in which to save the message.

2. Select Include Header if you want the message header information saved with the message text.

3. If the selected file has existing text in it, select ``Overwrite Existing Text'' to replace the existing text with this message, or select ``Append To Existing Text'' to add this message to the end of the file.
