Desktop Administration
The Desktop Administration window contains programs that help
you with administrative tasks related to your individual Desktop
system:
-
Icons, which when activated displays a desktop
containing the various directories for bitmaps that you can use when
creating icons and objects. For more information,
see the Graphical Environment Guide .
-
People, which displays a desktop containing, by default, Root and
Guest
People objects. Use the File menu to create additional
People objects. These People objects can be used for performing a variety of
tasks. For example, if a file is dropped onto a People object, that
file is mailed to the user represented by that object.
-
Rules, which when activated displays a desktop containing
rule-specific files and directories such as the system rule file and Modules
directory.
