Description

The ISDN_CONNECT_B3.ISDN_REQ message consists of one M_PROTO(D7str) message block initiating the set-up of an outgoing logical connection. The plci parameter identifies the physical connection; additional protocol-dependent information can be transferred with the ncpi" parameter.

Parameters

plci: Physical Link Connection Identifier; see isdnPLCI(D4isdn).
ncpi: Network Control Protocol Identifier; see isdnNCPI(D4isdn). The value of this parameter depends on the protocol used.
