 `-f FILENAME (from 4.1.8), --config-file=FILENAME, -c FILENAME (obsolete from 5.0)'
      Instructs the management server which file to use as configuration
      file.  This option must be specified. The file name defaults to
      `config.ini'.
 
 `-d, --daemon'
      Instructs `ndb_mgmd' to start as a daemon process. This is the
      default behavior.
 
 `-nodaemon'
      Instructs the management server not to start as a daemon process.
